If you don't know what a pizza stone is it's basically a thin round or rectangular flat piece of stone that you put in your oven and you cook the pizza directly on it. It's the next best thing to having a brick oven and it makes even a frozen pizza taste better.   • Wolfgang Puck's Pizza Dough - It's hard to believe that Wolfgang Puck would give away one of his award winning recipes for free. This is the same guy that sells $12.00 abbreviated pizza's in the food court at Chicago O'Hare airport. I opted for the tortilla soup and a $6.00 side order of garlic mashed potato's. It should be illegal to serve tortilla soup to people who are about to board airplanes. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to anyone who may have been on that Frankfurt bound plane with me that night.. anyway I only included his recipe here so I could make fun of him. If you like this sort of pizza crust now you can make it and eat it in the privacy of your own home and no one ever has to know about it. Personally I wouldn't wipe my ass with his pizza crust. Not that it's a bad pizza crust or anything it's just not sanitary to do so. Besides if everyone who ever paid $12.00 for one of Wolfgang's mini pie's decided to wipe their ass with it and discard it where they wish then we would no longer be a society. Not any kind of society I want to be a part of anyway. Has anyone tried the Chili's To-Go at O'Hare?

  • Thin Crisp Crust Pizza - Thin Crust Pizza - I kitchen tested this recipe myself and it's a very good thin crust. At least it "appeared" to be good. I never taste anything that was made by hands that I don't know where they've been. I made the crust myself but I was drinking heavily that afternoon and I blacked out for almost seven hours and I couldn't recall where my hands had been during that period so I just acted like i was eating it and kind of folded it up and stuffed it in my top pocket.
